    1 medium head of Cabbage
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    Herbs & Spices


1. Chop the cabbage into bite size pieces and place in large zip lock bag

2. Add olive oil and spices (fresh or jarred). My favorites are garlic, herbs de provence, cumin, hot pepper . . .

3. Shake to coat the cabbbage

4. Sautee over medium heat until tender (or to taste)

Simple and tasty way to get your veggies.
