    *Oyster (1 raw), 15 serving (remove)
    Butter, salted, 1 stick (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    *whole onion, raw (1 onion), 1 serving (remove)
    Parsley, .5 cup (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    Anise Seed, .25 tbsp (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 9 tsp (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup (remove)
    *2% mozerella cheese, .5 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)


Drain oysters. Melt butter and saute celery. Add onions, parsley, spinach, anise seed, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and cayenne. Grease a shallow casserole. Arrange oysters in one layer only. Cover with Rockefeller mixture as thick as desired. Bake in 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with grated cheese and a very thin layer of bread crumbs. Return to oven for 10 minutes until slightly brown.
