Ingredients

    1 Duncan Heinz Spice Cake Mix
    1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1/2 cup water
    1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients until thorighly mixed (about 2 minutes using electric mixer).
Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray
Pour cake mix into pan. The cake mix will be very thick, so you will need to spread it evenly in the pan.
Bake on top rack of oven for 30 minutes.
This is great served warm or cooled.
