    Romaine Lettuce, 2 cups shredded
    Beans, Black, 2 cups
    Red Tomato, 1 cup diced
    Mango, 1 diced
    Avocado, 1 chopped
    Red Onion, 1/2 diced
    Cilantro, fresh, 1/2 cup
    Limes, juice of 2


Place Romaine lettuce on a plate. Top the lettuce with black beans, tomato, avocado, mango, red onion and cilantro. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the lettuce and toppings. If the lime isn't enough dressing for you, add mango salsa for a healthy dressing.
