    3 large Zucchini
    1 can intallind diced tomatoes
    itallian season
    1 tbls butter
    1 tsp olive oil


slice zucchini into to 1/4 medallions
cook in olive oil and butter for about 10 min
add can undrained tomatoes and let simmer till most of liquid has cooked off
make 4 generous servings
