    * *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (7.8 oz.) (remove)
    * *Shortening, Crisco, 8 tbsp (remove)
    * Orange Juice, .75 cup (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
    * Cranberries, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Orange Peel, 1 tsp (remove)


Preheat oven to 325F (165C). Grease one 9"x5" loaf pan or two 7"x3" loaf pans; set aside. Combine orange juice and cranberries in blender. Process on chop 4 or 5 seconds. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, SWEET QUICK BREAD MIX, orange peel and orange juice mixture, stirring to blend. Turn into prepared pan or pans. Bake 65 to 75 minutes in preheated oven until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a rack 5 minutes. Turn out of pan or pans. Cool right-side up on rack. Makes 1 or 2 loaves.
