    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. baking soda
    2 T. shortening
    2 T. lowfat sour cream
    2 eggs
    2 T. skim milk
    1 C. mashed ripe banana
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    2/3 C. sugar


Mix shortening, sugar, sour cream. Add eggs, milk, then dry ingredients. Add nuts & chocolate chips last. Pour into loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Makes 1 loaf or 3 mini loaves (bake these for only 25 minutes & then check).
