    * Cooke Tavern Autumn Harvest Soup Mix, 12 serving (remove)
    * Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 12 cup (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 3 carrot (7-1/2") (remove)
    * Libby’s Pure Pumpkin, 1 cup (remove)
    * Red Wine, 2 fl oz (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Salt, .75 tsp (remove)
    * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

rinse lentils. Combine everything but the pumpkin, wine and olive oil. Simmer for an hour. Add last items and simmer for 30 minutes.
