    3/4 cup Skim Milk
    1/4 cup Water
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 cup Butter, softened
    1 large Egg
    2 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2 Tbsp Sugar
    2 tsp Yeast


Heat water & milk till lukewarm. Pour into Breadmaker pan and add salt, butter, egg wheat flour sugar and yeast. Set timer to dough setting and start. When done kneed in additional flour until desired consistency. Shape into small loaf or into 18 dinner rolls. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes if you made dinner rolls or small bread loaves - if made into 1 large loaf, bake 30 minutes at 350.
