I love using my slow cooker for prepare ahead meals. I love using my slow cooker for prepare ahead meals.
Number of Servings: 8


    1 796ml can Aylmer Diced tomatoes (3.5cups)
    1 680 ml can Hunts 4 cheese pasta sauce
    1.5 cup chopped leeks
    1 cup chopped celery
    2 cups chopped carrots
    4 cups chopped potatoes
    48 meatballs (8 servings)
    Seasonings to taste (not included in calculations)


Place meatballs in microwavable dish, cover and heat on high for 10 minutes. Drain off fat and set aside.
Meanwhile prepare vegetables and mix together in slow cooker.
Heat mix through (approx 1 hour) and add meatballs.
Leave to cook for the rest of the 2 hours.
Serve in bowls
Makes 8 servings.
