    * Atlantic Salmon (fish), 2 fillet (remove)
    * *100 Calorie Almond pack, 2 serving (remove)
    * **Dynasty Japanese Style Bread Crumbs, Panko, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)
    * Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)
    * Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)


oven at 425.
slather salmon filet with dijon
chop almonds, spices and panko together and top the salmon
spray salmon with olive oil to cover crumbs
cook for 15 minutes or until top is brown.
