    2 can's rotel tomatoes - choose how spicy you want, drained
    3 cans pillsbury flaky biscuits
    1 c. miracle whip
    1 lb bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled.


Heat oven to 375F. Cook bacon, drain, and crumble. Spray mini muffin tin with cooking spray.

Pull apart each biscuit so there are 2 halves, and put in the muffin tin.

Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

Fill each cup with about 1 tbsp of the filling.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
