Ingredients

    Mission Flour Tortillas 4
    Salsa 1 cup
    Enchilada Mix
    Jennie O Extra Lean ground turkey 19.2 oz
    Rotel Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 10 oz
    cheese 1/4 cup

Directions

Brown turkey, add all ingredients except cheese and l/2 salsa. Fill Tortillas cover with remaining meat mixture pour remaining salsa over the top and lightly top with cheese. Bake until warm all the way through and cheese melts.
