Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Tbls butter
    2oz broken angel hair pasta
    .5 cup pine nuts
    1 cup long grain rice like basmati
    1 quart buillion(beef or chicken)

Directions

Melt butter in large pot. Add pasta and saute over med until golden. Add pine nuts and saute until butter stops foaminf and nuts are deep golden brown(pasta will be milk chocolate brown)

Add 1 quart chicken or beef buillion and rice and bring to a boil.

Stirring occasionally- cook until liquid is just level with rice mixture. Give on last stir, cover, turn off burner but leave pot on stove.

In 20 minutes all liquid should be absorbed- fluff with fork and serve

makes 8 half cup servings
