Ingredients

    Scrambled eggs in margerin or butter.
    Fried green or red bell peppers

Directions

Cut up or chop peppers. Fry in virgin oil or butter for about 2 minutes. Set aside. Mix eggs with 1/8th salt, and 2 tablespoons of milk. Then scramble about a min. & 1/2. or until fluffy. Add the peppers & eggs together for another 1/2 of minute. Enjoy a nutritious breakfast with protein and vitamin C, You can have fried minni turkey sausages with the peppered eggs as a meal which will serve at least 4 people
