Ingredients

    Turkey Italian Sausage (1 package - 5)
    Canadain Bacon (22 - 1 serving)
    Turkey Pepperoni (17 - 1 serving)
    Mozzerlla Cheese Skim (about 1.5 cups)
    Cheddar Cheese - low fat (about .5 cups)
    Parmesan Cheese (about 1/4 cup)
    Low Sugar/Low Carb Red Sauce (about 10 servings per jar)

Directions

Take Turkey Italian Sausage (remove casing) Press into baking dish, depending on how thick you want the "crust" - bake for 20 min at 350 degrees

While that is baking sauté mushroom and garlic.

Remove and drain juice from meat crust.

Top with low carb fat free sauce (Cascone's is a local sauce in KC 35 cal, no fat, 5 carbs), top with a little parmesan cheese and low fat cheddar cheese, top with Canadian bacon, top with mushroom & garlic, top with mozzarella cheese and put turkey pepperoni on top (better on top so it can get crispy). Bake 10 min. Slice in about 2" squares, remove from baking pan since there will still be a lot of juice, put on foil and bake/broil another 5 min to get crispy.
