Match this to Physcian's "Vegetable Lasagna"

Ingredients

    6 pieces of Lasagna Noodles - 2 layers of 3
    3 cups of pasta sauce
    1 lb ground turkey 93% FF
    8 oz Mozz Cheese, part skim
    8 oz Cottage Cheese 2%
    1 cup eggplant, sliced
    onion powder, black pepper, basil ect for taste

Directions

Cook pasta noodles,
Cook Ground turkey in fry pan, add onion powder, black pepper, basil ect for taste (don't add salt, b/c the sauce has enough sodium in it). Add pasta sause and water to a consistant blend.
Slice Eggplant thin like a lasagna noodle

in a 9 x 13 pan, add sauce to bottom of pan (about 1/3 of the mixture), add 3 noodles in layer, then add eggplant slices, then more sauce(about 1/3 of the mixture), then add 2/3 the mozz cheese and all the cottage cheese, top with 3 lasagna noodles. Add the remaining pasta/meat sauce and top with remaining mozz cheese.

Cook for 40 mins at 350 until eggplant is done
