Ingredients

    3/4 cup margarine
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    3 cups rolled oats
    1 cup butterscotch chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Cream margarine and sugars til smooth. Beat in egg and then stir in vanilla. Separately, combine flour and baking soda, then mix into batter. Mix in oats and chips. Bake 9-12 minutes.

Original recipe said it would make 36, I got closer to 4 or 5 dozen. It depends on how big you make them.
