Ingredients

    800g potatoes
    3 carrots
    2 cloves garlic
    150g natural yoghurt
    400ml semi skimmed milk
    25g cheddar
    1 tni mixed bean salad

Directions

Slice potatoes and carrots
crush garlic
layer all veggies in casserole dish and mix in beans
pour over yoghurt
bake for 25 mins

stir add milk and cheese
bake for another 20 mins
