    2 c brown rice cooked
    1 c lobster
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 small onion diced
    1c mushrooms sliced
    1/4c parmesan
    1/4c light cream or milk
    1c cheddar grated


preheat oven 375. Brown onion and mushroom in non-stick pan. Mix soup, rice, lobster, onion, mushroom, parmesan, and milk. Place in Pammed casserole dish. Top with cheddar. Cook 30 min.
