    1 Pkg Refrigerated Pie Crust
    6 tbsp Splenda Sugar Blend
    2 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
    3/4 tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/8 tsp Nutmeg
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    6 cups(6 medium) Apples, thinly sliced and peeled


1. Prepare pie crust as directed on the package for two-crust pie for 9-inch pie pan.
2. Heat Oven to 425 F. In large bowl, combine all filling ingredents except the lemon juice and apples; mix well. Add Lemon juice and apples; toss gently to mix. Spoon into crust lined pan. Top with second crust; seal edges and flute. Cut slites or shapes in several places in top of crust.
3. Bake at 425 F. for 40-50 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown. Cover pie crust with stripes of foil after the first 15-20 minutes of baking.
