A wonderful gluten free treat! Try this pound cake I'm sure you will love! A wonderful gluten free treat! Try this pound cake I'm sure you will love!
Number of Servings: 20


    3 cups flour
    1.75 cups salted butter (or light olive oil)
    1 8oz bar of cream cheese
    3 cups gluten free all purpose flour
    3.25 cups sugar
    6 eggs
    1 tsp lemon extract
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    .125 tsp salt


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a mixing bowl cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar, one cup at a time. Add eggs, two at a time. Add vanilla extract. Add flour, one cup at a time. Add salt. Add lemon extract. Butter a bundt cake pan (or loaf pan) and sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Bake for 50 minutes to one hour. Makes 20 servings.
