Ingredients

    Peanut butter (organic)
    Banana (well ripe, sweeter!)
    Egg


Directions

1 tbsp Organic, unsalted Peanut butter
1 medium, well ripe banana
1 whole Egg + 1 Egg white
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground

Mix banana and egg together (I use a blender), add the rest and mix for a short time.
Heat a pan with a small amount of a healthy oil (cocoanut prehaps) and bake on medium heat like any other pancakes!
