Ingredients

    4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
    1 medium white or yellow onions, peeled and sliced
    salt and pepper
    6 T flour
    2 T extra virgin olive oil
    2 c skim milk

Directions

Mix flour, milk, salt and pepper first - in a shaker. In slow-cooker, layer potatoes with onions, then cover with milk mixture. Add another layer, if you have more potatoes and onions. Pour olive oil over it. Cook on Low overnite until lunchtime.

    Incredible!
    These were delicious and so easy! They took longer than the normal 8 hours when potatoes were sliced 1/4 inch thick. Next time I'll use the food processor to slice the potatoes really thin. - 12/1/10
