Ingredients

    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 large egg, beaten
    3/4 cups milk
    1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
    3/4 cup diced strawberries
    1 teasoopn vanilla
    powdered sugar

Directions

Mix dry ingredients, cut in butter, stir in egg, vanilla, and chocolate chips... gradually add milk until thick dough forms... may take more or less of the 3/4 cup of milk... finally add strawberries and lightly mix in ...

Turn out on floured board, kneed, roll flat 3/4 inch, cut into 2 inch rounds, place rounds on lightly greased baking sheet... Bake at 450 10 to 15 minutes... take out of oven when golden brown... Cool a few minutes, dust with powdered sugar and serve...
