    1 6.4 oz Packet of Starkist Light Chunk Tuna (already drained)
    1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 Tbsp Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
    4 Hard Boiled Eggs (remove yoke from 1)
    1 Tsp Yellow Mustard
    1 Tbsp White Onion
    Garlic Salt and Pepper Seasoning to taste


Chop Hard Boiled Eggs into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve on lettuce. One ice-cream scooper full makes it look nicer.
