    shredded carrots
    diced garlic
    green onions chopped
    stewed tomatoes
    chicken broth
    salt and pepper
    shredded cheese- american (substitute low fat) or cheese of your choice
    linguine- or pasta of your choice


saute carrots and green onions in olive oil
add cabbage and saute until wilted
add 2 cans of stewed tomatoes and 1 can of
chicken broth until the water boils and then add
salt and pepper and garlic
thicken lightly with cornstarch mixture and add

serve on top of linguine noodles with shredded cheese
