Ingredients

    2 c. water
    1/2 c. steel cut Irish oats
    3 t. dried cranberries
    1/4 c. chopped dried apricots
    1 T. brown sugar (unpacked)

Directions

Boil water. Add oats and dried fruit and reduce to simmer. Cook uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until water has been absorbed. Stir in brown sugar and enjoy!
