    - 93% Lean Ground Turkey, 32 oz
    - Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 large
    - Onions, raw, 1 medium
    - Canned: Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles (Rotel), 1 can or 1.25 cups
    - seasoning to taste


Makes about 8 - 1 cup servings

Cut up green bell pepper & onions & put in a skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Mix in Ground Turkey breast & cook for 5 minutes until browned. Add can of tomatos, mix and cover. Simmer for an additional 12-15 minutes.
