Number of Servings: 4


    Olive Oil, 2 tsp
    Onions, raw, .50 medium , shopped
    Tempeh, Organic Garden Veggie, 8 oz, cut into bite size pieces
    Stir Fry Bok Choy, 1 package
    Mushrooms, fresh, 5 medium. sliced
    Gluten Free Tamari Sauce, 1 tbsp


Heat large sauté pan and add oil. Sauté onion for 2-3 minutes. Add tempeh and 1/2 tamari sauce. Sauté until tempeh has slightly browned. Add entire bag of stir fry mix and continue cooking until vegetables are desired crispness. During last 2-3 minutes of cooking add remainder of soy sauce.

Can be served hot with rice or cold as a side dish or salad!!!
