    4 cups whole wheat fusilli or spiral pasta
    2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed OR snow peas,
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 tsp each salt & pepper
    1 slice smoked turkey or chicken, cut into strips
    2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
    1/4 cup dried basil (OR 2 cups fresh basil, chopped)
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


makes 8 servings

In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta for 4 minutes. Add beans; cook until pasta is tender but firm - 2-4 minutes.
Drain & rinse under cold water; drain and transfer to serving bowl.
Sprinkle with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper; toss to coat.

Add turkey, tomatoes, basil & cheese; toss to combine.

Store in fridge, add remaining oil before serving, toss to coat.
