    2 medium sweet potatoes, baked in skin
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/4 cup whipping cream
    Splenda to taste
    Salt to taste
    lemon flavoring


Bake potatoes in microwave for about 15 minutes. Let cool and remove skin. mash with the rest of ingredients and place in 4 custard-like cups.
