    1 cup uncooked long grain rice
    2 tbsp butter (low fat)
    2.5 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
    1 tsp dried minced onion
    2 tsp dill week or 2 tbsp fresh dill


In 2-qt saucepan, saute rice in butter until golden, stirring constantly.
Add broth and onion, bring to boitl.
Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir in dill
