A great addition to a salad instead of dressing! A great addition to a salad instead of dressing!
Number of Servings: 4


    Half a bag of fresh spinach, or three large handfulls
    1 can of low fat cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup of nonfat milk
    1 tube (about 8 oz) of ground turkey
    1 spray of olive oil
    1-3 dashes of Wondra quick mixing flour, optional
    1/4 cup minced garlic
    1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
    1/2 cup chopped montery cheese


Spray pan with olive oil. Cook onion and garlic for a minute. Add turkey and cook until there's no pink. Add spinach, which will wilt. Add can of cream of celery soup and the 1/2 cup of milk. Stir as it cooks. Add montery cheese. Add Wondra if the sauce is too thin.

Serve over a salad, potato, or whatever you can think of.
