Ingredients

Turkey Breast, skinless/boneless, 3 to 4 lbs.
Chicken Broth, 99% fat free, 2 cups
Chardonay (or oher med dry white wine) 2 cups
Chick Boullion granules, 4 tsp.
10 grain flour, 1/2 cup
Cold Water, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place the turkey breast, wine, and broth into a covered roaster and bake 1 hour.
Remove cooked turkey breast and pour juices into a medium/large pot. Heat to a rolling boil. While waiting for the broth to boil, whisk flour into the cold water (water must be cold). Slowly pour 1/2 the flour mixture into the boiling broth while constantly & quickly whisking the two mixtures together. Continue to whisk while gravy returns to a boil and begins to thicken. Repeat with the remaining 1/2 of the flour mixture until gravy is at desired thickness.
