    8 oz egg noodles, 1 lb ground beef, 2- 8 oz. tomato sauce, 8 oz pgk cream cheese, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/3 cup snipped green onions, 1 Tbl chopped green pepper, 2 Tbl melted margarine.


Cook egg noodles and set aside. Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in tomato sauce and remove from heat. In separate bowl combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, green onion, and green pepper.
Spread half of noodles in ungreased 12x8 inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole dish. Pour 1/2 of melted margarine over noodles, layer 1/2 cheese mixture, 1/2 of meat mixture, remaining noodles and margarine, remaining cheese and remaining meat. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
