    * Grapefruit, 0.5 fruit (3-3/4" dia) (remove)
    * Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields (remove)

Directions

boil potato and pumpkin together
boil eggs
chop all of them into big chunks
mix chopped scallions, parsley, olive oil (and spices) in a big bowl
add pumpkin, potato and egg
add grapefruit juice
add lemon juice
