Introduction

I took a recipe I found on this site and changed it to have turkey instead of ground beef, and modified a few other ingredients, so it's fewer calories. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pkg (20 oz) Jennie-O lean ground turkey
    7 slices bacon
    1.5 cups shredded cheddar/jack cheese
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup egg subsitute

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. I just use my hands--make sure to wash up!

Press meat mixture into an 8x8ish inch pan

Bake 60 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Makes 8 servings.
