    Vegetable oil
    Chop onions
    Mince garlic
    chili powder
    cumin, ground
    turkey or chicken gravy
    chicken broth
    cubed turkey


Heat vegetable oil in medium sized fry pan (deep); add onion and cook about 3 minutes until transparent. Add minced garlic and cook about 1 more minute, add in chili powder (1/4 cup or 4 TBSP), add in cumin and stir together until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Add leftover chicken or turkey gravy (1/4 cup)
Add chicken broth
Add cubed turkey
Bring to slow boil over medium heat while stirring. Turn down to a good simmer and simmer for about 30-45 minutes until liquids are gone but not dry. Serve on corn or flour tortillas
