    Atlantic Salmon , 450 grams
    Lime Juice, 15 mL
    Rosemary, 5 mL

    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, .125mL
    Lime Juice, 15 mL
    Lime Zest, 2mL
    Chipotle Hot Pepper Sauce, 5mL


Preheat oven to 450F
Place salmon skin side down on broiler pan
Brush with lime juice and sprinkle with rosemary (fresh is best)
Bake 10 min per 2.5cm thickness of fillet
combine yogurt, juice, zest and chipotle sauce and pour over fish broil for 1-2min and serve.
This makes 9 -50g servings or 4 -100g dinner servings and is nice served on a bed of wild rice and fresh herbs. with lime.
