    4 oz - Smoked Turkey Breast deli slices (about 5 thin slices. shredded)
    1 cup - fresh Baby Spinach
    1/2 can - Black Olives (drained & rinsed) chopped
    1/2 cup - canned mushrooms, chopped
    2 tbsp - grape seed oil
    6 - large whole wheat pitas


In medium pan, heat grape seed oil. Add seasoning to your desire (I used minced garlic, parsley & basil)
Add shredded turkey slices to pan.
Add fresh baby spinach & cover. Let sit on medium heat for about a minute.
Add olives & mushrooms. Cover & let cook till spinach is soft (about 5 minutes)
Mix frequently.
When done, serve in pita & enjoy!
