Ingredients

    2 butternut squash peeled and cubed
    5 ounces lite cream
    7 cups chicken stock 99% fat free


Directions

steam squash until tender, add liquids and cook as you use an immersion blender to smooth it out. Add spices as you like. I use pepper, salt, touch of curry and some parsley on top if you like.
