    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, sliced
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, strips or slices
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Soy sauce (tamari), 2 tbsp wheat free
    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 4 cup
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 14 ounces
    Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp


Cut breast into strips and marinate in 1 T of soy sauce. set aside for 15 min. Prep veggies. Stir fry meat in 1 T. of coconut oil. remove meat and stir fry veggies. Heat stock in pan on stove. at to crisp cooked veggies. Add meat. Bring to a boil and add arrowroot mixed with water to thicken broth. Season and serve over brown rice or rice noodles.
