Introduction

When I don't have time to wait for the casserole to bake, I throw it into the skillet! When I don't have time to wait for the casserole to bake, I throw it into the skillet!

Ingredients

    2 cups dry rotini pasta
    1 chicken breast, cut into chunks
    1 onion, chopped
    1 cup of coarsley chopped mushrooms
    1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup milk
    garlic powder and black pepper to taste

Directions

prepare the pasta according to package directions

in the heated skillet cook the chicken, add the onion and mushrooms as chopping them

remove mixture and keep warm on the side

mix the soup and milk and slowly heat in the skillet, add the chicken mixture

drain the pasta and add to skillet, mix well

serve!
