Number of Servings: 4


    4 medium cucumbers, peeled, sliced VERY thin
    Vinegar, white, 2 cups
    1 large onion, sliced VERY thin
    Dash of Salt


Arrange sliced cucumbers in bowl, add salt. Let sit for 4 hours or over night. Rinse VERY thoroughly. Add sliced onions, cover with mixture of water and vinegar. The mixture of vinegar and water should be enough to cover the cucumbers and onions completely. Vary the mixture according to taste, it can be made more or less vinegary. Chill. Add pepper to taste.
