    14 oz Black Beans
    28 oz Diced Tomato
    1/2 bunch fresh chopped cilantro
    1 T McCormick Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper Spice
    1/2 c plain yogurt
    1/2 T lime juice
    salt to taste


Directions

Bring to boil black beans, diced tomatoes, McCormick spice and chopped fresh cilantro.

Top off with 1/2 c cold plain yogurt & sprinkled lime juice
salted to taste.
