    1c. boiling water
    1 # fresh cranberries (ground)
    1c. crushed pineapple (drained-reserve juice)
    2 small boxes strawberry jello
    1 orange (1/3 rind removed-remaining ground)
    1c. sugar


Grind cranberries and orange. Place in 9x13 pan. Add jello mix and 1 c. boiling water. Add pineapple juice and enough water to make 1 c.--add to pan. Add sugar and mix. Refrigerate until partially set-add pineapple and stir. Refrigerate until set.

Makes 16 servings.
