Introduction

This is great over brown rice or whole wheat pasta This is great over brown rice or whole wheat pasta

Ingredients

    1 tablespoon canola oil
    1 can dices tomatoes
    3 cups summer squash
    1 clove fresh garlic
    1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions

Heat oil in skillet. Add veggies. Saute until tender. Add soy sauce. Stir to coat veggies. Cook 5 minutes more. Enjoy as is or serve over brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
