    4 eggs (egglands)
    1 1/2 c. milk (1%)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter or margarine melted (country crock light)

    6 tsp country crock light


Mix all ingredients together (except 6 tsp country crock light)

Let stand 30 minutes

put 1 tsp country crock light in frying pan to melt, add 1/4 c mix and fry (like crepes) until solid then flip and fry 30-60 seconds more.

Use 1 tsp of country crock every two pancakes.
