    1 Pound Bag Frozen Hash Browns
    4 Large Eggs - Beaten
    3/4 Cup (3) Egg Whites
    1 Cup Fat Free Milk
    13 Ounces Linguica - Diced
    1 Cup Diced Green Onions
    2 Cups Shredded Cheese
    Black Pepper (optional)


Makes 14 1-cup servings.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Spray a 13x9 inch pan with Pam and press the drained has browns into the bottom and up the sides to form a crust. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and starting to crisp.

Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. When the hash brown crust is done pour the egg mixture over it and return it to the oven.

Lower the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes until the quiche is light golden brown on top and puffed up.
